This is a complete technical specification for engineering and partner-review purposes, not a working system. Status will change to "Live" here once the backend is built and released by Obotan's engineering team.
The Obotan API exposes the same infrastructure that powers Obotan Credit, Wallet, Notes, Property, Shop and Diaspora — identity verification, credit-instrument issuance, wallet operations, certificate verification and settlement coordination — for banks, insurers, merchants and fintechs to build on directly.
